Hannah Boone: Fresh raindrops on pine needles at a lake in central Oregon. I stopped on my drive back from doing interviews to eat lunch by the water and got the Oregon special-- fog, rain, and a lot of beauty.

Justice Britton: “Water is the Best Medicine” (Fagan Spring - Huntsville, Alabama) Fagan Spring is fed by an underground river flowing through a network of sinkholes and sinking streams. This special place heavily influenced my desire to study the relationships between Cherokee people, caves, and water.
