Anthropology Careers

Contemporary anthropologists do not just work in exotic locations. Anthropologists and people with training in anthropology can be found in a surprising array of fields and careers. Our graduates have found success in organizations as diverse as the National Parks Service, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and a range of environmental and cultural resource management firms. Students who completed graduate training in Anthropology at UGA also hold academic positions throughout North America and abroad.
