Graduate Student I am a first-year PhD student in Anthropology, supervised by Dr. Laurie Reitsema. My research focuses on the bioarchaeology of the ancient Mediterranean, specifically on dietary patterns in Greek colonial settings. I am particularly interested in what these patterns can tell us about ancient multiculturalism and adaptation within a biocultural framework. I graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2024 with a BA in Anthropology and Classics, before pursuing a MA at the University of British Columbia in Classical Archaeology that I completed in 2026. My previous work has explored questions surrounding how ancient communities responded to regional and microregional ecological factors, as well as how these responses were reflected in medical practice and overall population health.
