Asif Ali Sandeelo is a PhD candidate in Anthropology and the Integrative Conservation (ICON) program. As part of his ICON internship with IUCN Pakistan, he produced an article that was published in The News on Sunday (TNS). It is the weekly magazine edition of The News International, a widely read English daily newspaper in Pakistan. It features in-depth analysis, special reports, and articles covering politics, economy, environment, history, and literature.
