Lecturer Undergraduate Coordinator Dr. González teaches many of the introductory course sections and a few smaller upper level courses. Dr. González has not done anthropological research in a while, being focused on teaching, but his past research focused on Classic Maya archaeology in Belize, with interests in built environments, political/domestic/ritual landscapes, political and social organization, human/environmental dynamics, and the negotiation of daily power relationships.
